Nick Fleming arrived at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida, as a highly touted kicker and punter from St. Louis, Missouri in 2001. Five years and three coaching staffs later, Coach Fleming found himself with a stopwatch in one hand and a clipboard in the other coaching his former teammates. By the urging of his former head coach, Urban Meyer, he decided to train kickers and punters full time in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas.
Coach Fleming's expertise comes from a combination of many sources: From kicking camps to knowledgable coaches to his own personal kicking experience. He would like to thank the following people for teaching him the knowledge that he has today:
Coach Fleming’s philosophy is that individual attention is the best way to improve in kicking, punting, and long snapping. In order for a player to become a star on the field, an instructor must break down a kicker's swing and tailor the kicking sessions to that particular students’ strengths and weaknesses. This is exactly what Coach Fleming does in his individual kicking sessions and his kicking camps. Coach Fleming strives to be honest with all of his clients. He will evaluate every kicker that comes through his program. In his evaluation of the kicker, he will give his honest opinion on the talent level of the kicker and do his very best to help the kicker achieve the goal he desires – whether it’s becoming the starting kicker on the JV football team or earning a college scholarship. Coach Fleming wants to be certain that every kicker has a chance to succeed. He will always strive to maintain affordable prices so that every kicker has the option to improve their talents, whether that be in his private kicking sessions or his kicking camps. With Coach Fleming, every kicker will improve with each kicking session or kicking camp through positive reinforcement and top-notch kicking instructions.
